When you have a chef who delivers food that enhances an experience, helping to create memories…then you have someone who no longer cooks food but makes meals. I was desperate to find a chef because I needed one for an impromptu dinner that was to happen the next night for 20 guests. 8pm in the evening I had no clue where to start and I felt overwhelmed; so I went online. When I finally spoke to Jonathan, his professionalism stood out. We planned everything without ever meeting. From choosing the menu to the list of ingredients. The next day, he showed up with his sous chef and the rest is history. I had teens who never finished their food going for seconds…adults who only nibble on food piling their plates. From the Marry Me Chicken to the roasted potatoes…it was a day to remember because the menu catered to a diverse ‘audience’.
