We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at any point if the client fails to comply with our policies or creates an unsafe, unethical, or unprofessional environment. Our team’s well-being, professionalism, and food safety are our top priorities.

The following scenarios may lead to the refusal or immediate termination of service. This list is not exhaustive.
1.1 Non-Adherence to Payment Terms
- Late payments or bounced checks
- Failure to pay required deposits by the agreed-upon deadline
1.2 Unsafe or Unsanitary Conditions
- Presence of pests or vermin
- Unclean or hazardous food preparation areas (especially for on-site cooking)
- Lack of running water, electricity, or other basic utilities required for safe food preparation and service
1.3 Unlawful or Inappropriate Conduct
- Harassment of staff (verbal, physical, or sexual)
- Threats, intimidation, or aggressive behavior
- Any illegal activity occurring on the premises during service hours
1.4 Client’s Failure to Disclose Critical Information
- Non-disclosure of food allergies or dietary restrictions
- Failure to inform us of changes in the event that significantly affect the service plan
1.5 Overcrowding or Unauthorized Guests
- Hosting more guests than the number agreed upon in the service contract, without prior notice or payment adjustments
1.6 Violation of Health or Fire Codes
- Client requests or enables actions that would breach food safety laws, venue restrictions, or local fire codes (e.g., using open flames in prohibited areas)
